Change, upgrade or cancel your account
To change your plan, for example, to upgrade or downgrade it:
- Login as the Turbine account owner
- Select Plans and Payment on the Settings menu
- Click Upgrade or Downgrade next to the plan you want to switch to
If you plan to downgrade your account, you may need to archive or delete users to get the total number down below the limits of the new plan.
To cancel the account:
- Login as the Turbine account owner
- Select Plans and Payment on the Settings menu
- Click Cancel the account
- Since you pay for Turbine monthly in arrears, there is no refund when you cancel but equally you won't have to pay anything after cancellation
Warning. You should treat cancellation as a one-way action. In other words, it may not be possible for us to restore your account or recover your data once an account is cancelled.
