Resend invitation email to a new employee

If you have invited an employee to join Turbine but they haven't received the email, the odds are that the email is in your employee's spam folder. It's worth checking this first.

But here's how to resend the invitation:

1. Log in as an admin user
2. Click on the employees icon in the main menu
3. Click on the employee in question to see their info page
4. Click 'Edit'
5. Click 'Resend invitation'
