Checking your operating system and browser

Sometimes Turbine support people need to know a bit about your PC to solve your problems. Here is what we'd like you to do:

  1. With the same computer and browser you use for Turbine, go to the website
  2. Select and copy the URL on the top right hand corner and send it to us, either by pasting it into an email reply or a reply on our support website.
  3. (Alternatively, add you your name and email address and click 'Send'.)
