Change your credit card details

  1. Log in as the admin user
  2. Select Plans and Payments on the Settings menu
  3. You can see the last four digits of your current credit card on this page (we don’t store the full credit card details after we have passed them on to our credit card merchant services provider.
  4. Click on Set credit card.
  5. Enter the new card details. Note that we only take American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
  6. Click Set credit card.
  7. You may be asked to provide 3D Secure additional verification by your card provider.
